II. International Wild Carp Challenge
by Lake Tisza
Lake Tisza is the second largest fishing lake in Hungary. Its complexity is unique in Europe, a real wild water with wild fish. This is the second time we are organising it here, between
10-18 May 2024.
the IWCC, which will be the only carp fishing tournament of the year.
Competition notice
Method: boilie, big carp fishing competition
Bait used: boilie and pop up
Feeding: only boilies are allowed.
Dates
Day 0: 10th of May 2024.
(on-site registration after online registration and payment)
Start of competition: 11th of May 2023.
End of competition: 18th of May 2023.
Location
The entire area of Lake Tisza
The number of places is limited and there is a waiting list in case of overbooking, and in all cases, the order will be determined by the date of payment of the entry fee.
Team
The minimum team size is 3 and the maximum 4.
It is possible to fish with 6 skills at a time (3 competitors, 1 helper)
Equipment
A team can fish with 6 rods, with 1-1 single hook per rod.
Fish radar can be used.
The use of dropoff rig is compulsory.
The weighing tripod is a compulsory supplementary tool for all teams.
Both internal combustion engine and electric motors are allowed during the competition, subject to all current boating regulations.
Prizes
Each team can win up to 1 prize,
except individual prizes (biggest fish of the competition, biggest fish of the day)!
